Demo offensiv – aggressive use of demographic change for the middle class

The demographic change causes a need for new approaches towards better work atmosphere and more trust in the workplace: this includes, among others, the visions and behavior of managers as well as education and training of workers on-the-job. The "Demo offensive" project (2011-2014) addresses these issues and aims to help SMEs establishing a new "management culture" system.
